By using BestHistory, you agree to these terms. BestHistory is a browser-history organization tool whose core data workflows are local-first.

Accounts and trial

An account is not required for core local organization. Sign-in is used for the Pro Trial, Pro entitlement, and purchase linkage. New accounts currently receive a 30-day Pro Trial. We may change the trial offered to future new users, but we will not retroactively shorten a valid trial already granted.

  • Monthly: $2.99/month, auto-renewing.
  • Annual: $24.99/year, auto-renewing.
  • Lifetime: $59.99 one-time, no automatic renewal.

Subscriptions continue until canceled. “Lifetime” means Pro access for the operating lifetime of the BestHistory product/service while it remains technically available; it is not a promise that the software will operate forever.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Google is not the seller. Monthly and Annual subscriptions can be canceled through Paddle’s customer portal or management links in Paddle emails; cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues through the paid period. Refund requests are handled by Paddle Buyer Support and the applicable Paddle refund policy. For a product issue, you may also contact besthistory@126.com first.

Acceptable use

Do not use BestHistory for unlawful activity, attacks on the service, bypassing entitlement controls, abusive automation of AI/payment endpoints, extracting secrets, or infringing others’ rights.

Service changes

BestHistory is independently developed. Features, prices, supported platforms and third-party providers may change over time. We aim to keep data formats and server APIs backward-compatible where practical and to disclose material changes in data practices.

Privacy

Use of BestHistory is also governed by the Privacy Notice.

Disclaimer

BestHistory is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, recovery of every history record, accuracy of AI output, or continuous availability of third-party services. Keep backups of important data.
