BestHistory Terms of Service

BestHistory is a Best Series product by Zhiban (博学智伴) and is operated by Beijing Boxue Zhiban Software Development Studio. By using BestHistory, you agree to these terms.
BestHistory is a browser-history organization and recall tool. Its core browsing-history database is designed to remain local on the user’s device.
Accounts and trial
An account is not required for the core local history-management features.
Signing in is mainly used for the Pro Trial, Pro entitlements, and purchase association. New accounts currently receive a 30-day Pro Trial. We may change the trial offered to future new users, but we will not retroactively shorten a trial period that has already been granted.
Paid plans
BestHistory Pro is currently offered as:
- $2.99/month, recurring automatically until canceled;
- $24.99/year, recurring automatically until canceled;
- $59.99 Lifetime, a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.
“Lifetime” means access to the applicable BestHistory Pro entitlement for the commercially and technically supported lifetime of the BestHistory product. It is not a guarantee that the software or any third-party service will operate forever.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Google is not the seller of BestHistory Pro.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be canceled through Paddle’s customer portal or the subscription-management link in Paddle payment emails. Cancellation normally stops future renewals at the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, Paddle’s applicable refund policy, and mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
You must not use BestHistory to conduct unlawful activity, attack the service, bypass entitlement controls, abuse AI or payment interfaces at scale, attempt to obtain server-side secrets, or infringe the rights of others.
Service changes
BestHistory is an independently developed product. Features, pricing, support scope, integrations, and third-party services may change over time. We aim to preserve reasonable backward compatibility for data formats and server interfaces and to communicate material changes to data practices clearly.
Privacy
Use of BestHistory is also governed by the BestHistory Privacy Notice.
Disclaimer
BestHistory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful recovery of every historical record, perfect AI accuracy, or permanent availability of third-party services. Please keep your own backups of important data.
