BestHistory
Find websites you’ve forgotten.
BestHistory is a privacy-first Chrome browser history manager that organizes browsing history by website first. It is designed for the common situation where you remember what a website was for, but not its name, page title, or the exact day you visited it.

What BestHistory helps you do
- Search old Chrome history across websites, domains, tags, notes and page titles.
- Find a website you visited before even when you cannot remember its exact name.
- Organize browser history by website instead of browsing a long page-by-page timeline.
- Pin useful websites and add your own tags and notes.
- Keep selected private history encrypted locally with Private Mode.
- Export, back up and move BestHistory data without uploading your complete browsing history to the cloud.
